It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Charlie Roden, known affectionately to many as "Gnarley Charlie."
For years, Charlie was the face and the force behind our TNT Golf Car "Caddyshack" location in Osage Beach. If you visited the shop, you knew Charlie. He wasn’t just the guy in charge; he was a fixture of the community and a massive part of the TNT family. He ran the Caddyshack with a unique style that earned him his nickname, but beneath the "Gnarley" exterior was a man deeply dedicated to his team and his customers.
While we will miss him dearly, we find comfort in knowing that the shop remains in the best possible hands. The location is now managed by Robert Martinez, whom Charlie personally trained for several years. Robert is family in every sense of the word—he is married to Charlie's granddaughter—and we know Charlie was proud to pass the torch to him.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Roden and Martinez families during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Charlie. You will be missed.
